Cancellations & rebooking's made 24 hours or more before your appointment, your 50% deposit will automatically go towards your next appointment.
Any cancellations made "within" 24 hours of your appointment will forfeit your deposit.
"No Shows" - I will always allow a 15 minute grace period, as I know your time is valuable, thus we strive to provide you with priority scheduling however if you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and have not made contact with me your 50% booking fee will be forfeited and any future bookings made will require full payment.
After the time of your appointment, if you have any issues with the service I've provided please contact me straight away. You will have 48 hours to notify me of any issues.
if you experience excessive fallout (5+ fans in a day) please contact me within the 48 hours from your appointment for a complimentary touch up. If the 48 hours has passed and an issue is then raised, a touch up fee of $20 will be required.
if allergic reactions occur, please inform me immediately & I will remove them free of charge.
- Complimentary touch ups or removals can be offered to dissatisfied customers provided that all aftercare instructions were followed.
Please be on time for your appointment - if you are running late please be courteous and let me know. I will always allow a 15 minute grace period. However if you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted me your appointment will be cancelled & you will need to rebook.
please arrive with dry hair, no makeup, no contact lenses & no oily face products - a makeup removal fee may be applied.
Avoid caffeine - Please refrain from consuming any caffeinated drinks at least 3 hours before your appointment as it causes your eyelids to flutter.
please use the bathroom prior to your appointment.
if you need to make any changes to your appointment this can be done through the booking system.
I DO NOT OFFER INFILLS ON OTHER LASH TECHS WORK - please include a "removal & cleanse " at time of booking.
